BIM BAM BAGS is an online store specializing in handmade bags made in a local workshop, in limited editions and with exclusive designer fabrics. Each product is unique and made with special care and attention to detail.
The products can be purchased from Spain, Balearic Islands, France, Italy and Portugal.
2. Prices
All prices shown on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT). We reserve the right to modify prices and promotions without prior notice, although it will never affect orders already confirmed.
3. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted:
- Credit or debit card (through a secure gateway).
- Bizum.
Payments are processed securely and BIM BAM BAGS does not store bank details of customers.
4. Shipping
Shipments are made by external transport agency with tracking.
Estimated delivery times:
- Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands: 2 to 5 business days.
- France, Italy and Portugal: 5 to 10 business days.
BIM BAM BAGS is not responsible for exceptional delays beyond its control (force majeure, customs, etc.).
5. Returns and Claims
The customer can request the return of a product within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that:
- The item is in perfect condition, unused, with intact labels and packaging.
- It is not a personalized or custom-made product.
Claims for defective or damaged products:
- Must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, including photographs of the affected item.
- BIM BAM BAGS will manage the solution: replacement of the item or full refund at no additional cost.
Return shipping costs:
- Change of mind: borne by the customer.
- Defective product or shipping error: borne by BIM BAM BAGS.
Refunds:
- Are made in 5 to 7 business days through the same payment method used in the purchase.
Direct exchanges are not made; it is recommended to return the product and place a new order.
6. User Account
It is not necessary to register or create an account to make a purchase. The purchase process can be done as a guest.
7. Promotions and Discounts
Occasionally promotions or discount codes will be offered. These offers will be active only during the indicated period and will not be cumulative, unless expressly indicated.
8. Warranty
BIM BAM BAGS products are made with high quality materials. If an item arrives defective, it can be returned according to the terms of point 5. No additional warranty is offered on textile items beyond their initial condition.
